Publishing your VAT (tax) number

Hi All,

 

is there some functionality in Prestashop 1.6 to publish your VAT number? EU law states that the following MUST be stated on a webshop:

 

• trade name (as registered with the Chamber of Commerce);
• Chamber of Commerce registration number;
• VAT number;
• Business address;
• phone number;
• e-mail address or contact form;

 

I have all our info on the home page, but I can't seem to find where to insert the VAT number.

Since they need all those info, I guess you can just add them to contact-form.tpl (theme folder)

but... I have a multi lingual shop, and just dumping the details in the contact form is a bit confusing, as In dutch I need 'BTW nummer' and in English 'VAT number' and also in dutch KvK inschrijving' en in English 'Chamber of Commerce number'

 

So I would need translations of the various titles.

You can use {l s='Translatable string'} for that. After you add them all, you can translate them from the front office translations in the back office
