KimTheMan
Has some link on www.hopogleg.dk from blockuserinfo and block my account in the footer. And these links make a 302 redirects. And would like them to make a direct link. So no 302 redirects. Is it not possible. And how?
Scully
This might be the case for users who are not logged in. All the links you are refering to go to the my-account section, hence a user must be logged into to get there. In terms of search engines, these links are not important because there never log in and there is also no need to have them indexed.
KimTheMan
no but they are still perceived as a 302 of the search engines. And in relation to SEO there should be no 302. Therefore I would like to make a direct link Is it not possible?
Scully
You are not understanding what I tried to explain in my first post. All these links go to the customer account sections. Do we we want to have customer data indexed by Google? No. Do we want to have customer names, customer orders or other private data to be indexed? No. Is it possible to change? No. Edited October 2, 2017 by Scully (see edit history)
KimTheMan
Yes and all these links use a 302 redirects. and they will not! Direct link to "Your account" Link to https://www.hopogleg.dk/din-konto which will then be redirect to https://www.hopogleg.dk/adgangskontrol?back=my-account This I would like to change so I change the link to https://www.hopogleg.dk/access Control?back=my-account instead of https://www.hopogleg.dk/din-konto And no I dont what to have the indexed. Only stop the 302 redirects
Scully
use a 302 redirects. and they will not! They will not what?? I cant read your links. Use proper formatting with the <> button. And I still don't understand the issue but it might be related to my not understanding of danish language. KimTheMan
run my page www.hopogleg.dk through Screaming Frog and you will see all 302 redirects (and they should not be there compared to seo)
Scully
Let me say we are running many prestashop instances for many customers since many years. And we are following all well-known SEO recommendations. But when it comes to users accounts, a redirection is needed due to the mandatory login process. You could - it you are distrubed by these links - get rid of the whol link block or BETTER: give the links the rel="nofollow" tag. This would instruct search engines to treat these links as if the would not exist at all. I am closing now with further input because it seems not to help you.
