Sitemap creation with permission blocked

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to create the sitemap with the google plugin but it doesn't create it and a come out a message that says:

"There was an error while trying to verify file permissions. Please set your permissions to allow PrestaShop to write the files in your main directory."

 

Can someone help me please?

I have resolved.

I have found inside the root a file named test.txt that I don't know why was there, that was blocking the plugin.

I have deleted it and now it work.
