Create a form and validate in a cms page

Hello,

I'm triying to create a large form in a cms page to gather info from costumers.

I need like 8 or so input fields, 2 select fields and a submit button. For security I planned to use re-captcha.


Is this the best approach or could be done in a different way, or the default contact-form.php can be duplicated and modified to do what I need?

Try and create the form with flash xml and then add the flash file to your CMS page. In order for this to work your .xml and .swf files will have to be in the root of the prestashop store so it can read the xml file to display the content.
