Hans Wolf
How do I override an "information.tpl" file
Scully
Just change the file content - and make a backup before you change. Or copy the entire theme directory to a new path and give it a non-default name.
Hans Wolf
Hello Scully, I've placed the file here "override / controllers / admin / templates / products / informations.tpl" But delete the cache it still has not changed If I customize this place "admin259pyxebf / themes / default / template / controllers / products / information.tpl" then it just works
Scully
I personally don't think you can use the override folders for .tpl files. But I might be wrong.
w3bsolutions
Hello Scully, I've placed the file here "override / controllers / admin / templates / products / informations.tpl" But delete the cache it still has not changed If I customize this place "admin259pyxebf / themes / default / template / controllers / products / information.tpl" then it just works I also override that file and your override path is correct. Make sure overrides are not disabled on backoffice > Performance.
w3bsolutions
I personally don't think you can use the override folders for .tpl files. But I might be wrong. http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Using+helpers+to+overload+a+back-office+template states: override/controllers/admin/templates/name_of_the_controller/: overloading folder for templates that already exist in admin/themes/default/template/controllers/name_of_the_controller/ Edited September 28, 2017 by w3bsolutions (see edit history)
Scully
I haven't tested overriding tpl files, but coming back to this.... I've placed the file here "override / controllers / admin / templates / products / informations.tpl" But delete the cache it still has not changed... If I customize this place "admin259pyxebf / themes / default / template / controllers / products / information.tpl" then it just works might give me the impression, the files are located in the wrong place. Compare these line extracts.... controllers / admin / templates / products / informations.tpl and / template / controllers / products / information.tpl doesn't match for several reasons. One time templates versus template without s, one time controllers at 1st place and then at 2nd place and so on.
