Paypal Error Express Checkout

Hello, 

I'm testing paypal module and in express checkout give me this error:

I think I have the same problem.

I only have found this thread  to help us but  it seems there is no solution. 

 

J.Sahu says that  replace file encoder.php in /tools/swift/Swift/Message works for him.

 

My prestashop version is 1.6.1.18

 

Any idea to solve it?
