1-click upgrade 1.6.1.7 to 1.7.2.2 updating error

Hi There,

 

I want to upgrade from 1.6.1.7 to 1.7.2.2 but getting some errors

 

here are some errors I am facing when I try to update from this module 

it shows error in Version Comparision 
Version comparison 

PrestaShop Original version: 
7 file modifications have been detected, including 0 from core and native modules: See or hide the list 

Mail file(s) (4) 
o mails/en/lang.php 
o mails/en/guest_to_customer.txt 
o mails/en/guest_to_customer.html 
o mails/en/download_product.txt 

Translation file(s) (3) 
o themes/default-bootstrap/lang/en.php 
o translations/en.gzip 
o translations/fr.gzip 

 

i changed all files from my backup but the errors still the same

once these error get sorted than only i am able to upgrade it to 1.7.2.2

 

please help me to get rid of these errors

AT least your 1-click upgrade module seems to be working...

Some of us cant even get that far

what errors are you referring to?  The module is just informing you that these files are different from their original versions.  That is not an error, its informational

I have the same problem. My 1-click does not work.

This is the error taht I get:

Error when trying to add /home/webshopamv/www/index.html.ovh.old to archive index.html.ovh.old.

 

 

Can someone tell me how to make a back up please? Is there a like a button that I can click in the back office? 

I am not a technician
