Error 500 when try to change buyer permission

Howdy!

 

as shop manager there will be times you might see a 500 error.  This is a generic error and only when we enable PrestaShop debug mode or look at error log from hosting will we know the underlying error.  When we have the underlying 'real' error we can then search on that to see if similar issue.

some hosting may not display on front office, did you check your php error log in hosting?  If you do not know how be faster to check with your hosting company.

Unfortunately I can not access php logs as the server is not mine. Can you give me some advice on how can I solve this problem in some other way? The odd thing is that everything on the site works except this thing. Thank you

I suggest getting your own hosting or access to your hosting.  There are many hats one must wear when running an online ecommerce or any website and having basic access for debug is critical.
