[solved]Lost all new arrivals on home page and cannot switch languages !

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for trying to help me,

 

All of a sudden I lost all my new arrivals and the ability to switch from English to French and vice versa. Here you can find my website www.equimatfrance.com

 

I have set the duration during which a product is considered new to a large enough number, this is not the issue.

Please help... Thanks again

1) Did you already refreshed the module or tried to deinstall and install again ?

 

2) Which Prestashop Version ?

 

3) mod_security is disabled on the server ?

 

4) Activate debug mode and read possible errors you are having

 

5) Any changes made on the server (ask your provider).

 

6) Any new modules installed in the last days ?

My bad it is bugging again....

 

1 - Yes I did, worked the first time, not anymore

 

2 - Version 1.6.1.14

 

3 - how do I check ? Also I did not touch anything on the server

 

5 - I will ask

 

6 - No new modules but I tried to activate cache and javascript optimizations, could it be the problem ? my website still super slow by the way...

Sorry but I could not "un SOLVED" my last topic.

 

I cannot see my new arrivals even though I have set 90 days for the duration for which a product is new and I updated new products yesterday. I also cannot switch from English to French and vice versa.

 

Everything was working great even a few hours ago.

 

In the meantime I only touched the performance optimizations in advanced parameters > performances

 

Again thanks for trying to help me out.

 

Prestashop version is 1.6.1.14

 

mod_security is enabled

 

No changes on the server in the past few days

 

Have only installed the manufacturer module this morning

1) On the top of your site should be written when error appear. Try to disable the module again.

 

2) If result not the expected, so please disable also all overrides and non-native software you are possibily using.

On back-offic tab "Advanced parameters -> performance -> block Debug Mode - Set both to YES and save.

 

3) Clear also your browser cache and smarty cache from time to time, to don't see a cached version. Browser - F5, Smarty on back-Office Tab performance again, on right top button "clear cache".

 

4) Take also into consideration to read the server error logs. If you don't have access to them, than ask your provider.
