beyonceuk1 Posted September 26, 2017 Share Posted September 26, 2017 I'm using PS 1.6 Multistore. The stock quantities in one store have stopped updating when we get an order. The only thing I can think of that we changed was the Status options (we have another problem with the WorldPay module setting all orders on that shop to Payment Error so we tried to change the Payment Error status to validate the order). Any ideas? Seems to be working in other stores so it has something to do with the files in that store's theme. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Scully Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 If it "suddenly" stopped, somewhat must have caused this. Try to remember what you changed since it last worked. If this approach does not lead to success you might want to debug all functions related to stock management, but this is a rather time consuming task. beyonceuk1 Posted September 27, 2017 Author Share Posted September 27, 2017 I changed the options for a couple of statuses (payment error and preparation in progress) but those affect all multistores and the others all still work correctly. Scully Posted September 27, 2017 Share Posted September 27, 2017 Without digging in deeper I would say it is rather not related to a theme. But you could switch the theme on the shop which doesn't update anymore and see if this solves the problem temporarily. If it does, it's probably related to the theme. beyonceuk1 Posted September 27, 2017 Author Share Posted September 27, 2017 Not 100% sure yet but we've had another major issue on the same shop and the only difference between that shop and the others is we have the partial payment module from Bestkit on there.
