Remove images and space from categories

Hi everybody,

I need a little help, I have to remove the images and the spaces in categories.tpl in PS 1.6.1.9

This is the site: www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com

I just have removed the code of the images but still remain more space between one category name and others.

Please can someone help me telling what is there to modify and how?

Also if is there a little problem.

Here the categories links are shown well: https://www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com/40-sigarette-elettroniche

 

but here not: https://www.la-sigaretta-elettronica.com/30-atomizzatori

 

Is there a way to fix both without to reduce too much the characters size?

I did not unterstand the question - or to be more precise - which pages you are referring to.

Imagine not everybody understands italian language and it might be difficult to figure out what type of page your are referring to.
