Autoinstallation does not start 1.7.22

I am trying to install prestashop version 1.7.22 on my vps.
I uploaded the files correctly and created the database.
But when I write the url vinobirraliquore.it or www.vinobirraliquore.it in the browser, the auto-installation does not start.
I get this message:

If you are the owner of this website, one of the following things may be occurring:

• You have not put any content on your website.
• Your provider has suspended this page.

What is wrong?

Please make sure you have uploaded the files correctly on the root folder of your website.

If the root folder is public_html, there should be many files when you open that folder, like index.php, init.php ..... and folders like classes, install, config, controllers 

There should not be just just one folder called 'prestashop'.

And if those files are there and uploaded correctly, try to open your website like this www.vinobirraliquore.it/install
