khangeldy
I don't know it is correct or not. I simply rename the file `main--ru-RU--currencies` to `main-ru-RU-currencies`. Error is gone

selectshop.at
I took a look into your problem. As Kazachstan is already added to Prestashop as Country you only need to add the location file. Take a look into block improve -> international -> location and filter by Asia. The ISO code is KZ. Try with kz-kz. It worked for me. On which Prestashop Version the function is "hidden" ? For to add an existing language pack: Presashop 1.7. you will find languages on block Improve at TAB "International -> Translations -> Add / Update a language"

selectshop.at
I see... Seems to be a bug of Prestashop itself. Add your problem to the forge so developers can debug the specificity kz-KZ for next version. I'm moving your question to the bug forum section, cause it is a specific bug for KZ.
