Installing Error HTTP 500 - error - stops at 45% Configure shop information

We have been trying to install this for couple of weeks and got as far as 45%

Tried every possibility, any ideas?

3. Create default shop and languages
4. Populate database tables
5. Configure shop information
6. Install demonstration data
7. Install modules
8. Install Addons modules
9. Install theme

I had the same issue when I was trying to install presta locally with google chrome, try install presta with Firefox
