Motoza Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 Hi there, Running PrestaShop 1.6.1.4 PayPal v 1.3.9 I'm new to PrestaShop and we're having a new issue with our site that just started yesterday and may or may not be two separate issues. A customer reported last night that he did not receive a confirmation order from the site, just from PayPal. I did edit the confirmation email template yesterday in cPanel, but only change a URL that goes to a customer survey. Other than that, no changes were made. The BackOffice settings have email turned on. Our new orders are showing in PayPal, but not in BackOffice, which I'm guessing is the main source of the issue. I was hesitant to update the PayPal module due to the issues I've seen here with API settings. I did find a thread on this topic, but it was over a year old and dealt with different versions of PrestaShop and PayPal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
