dansalg Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 We are facing issues with our sales emails / backend sales status. We receive sales orders that are blank (no items listed in the sales email - see order 11385) but we know we have an order because we get a notification from Tap (our payment gateway). When I go in the backend and check that sales order number, I find the status says "Authorisation Accepted from Paypal" (although we do not use paypal) instead of "Payment Accepted" or "Completed". I am only able to see what items the customer ordered in order to pack it, via "Shopping Carts". We cannot pack orders without having an admin go to the backend and navigate through the carts to get these details. It also does not deduct the item from our inventory (even though it was paid for by the customer) which messes up our count. Not sure what to do and our developer seems a bit stumped, as well.
