nicoX
When I started of I hadn't entered the meta description for each product in the back office. Yet Bing, Yahoo.. displayed my products correctly. With the title and in the description they took the first lines (160 words) from my product description. Google didn't. I then entered the same description from my product description in the products SEO meta, and recached the results to Google, but still after weeks, Google hasn't displayed the correct meta description, but use very strange tags and words from the products pages. This is an unbelivable behavior by Google, and they don't rank my site when searching on the domain name, I'm nr 1 on Bing when searching with the domain name, but no where to be found in Google. How do I fix this issue?: Colors:Original, Azure, Blue, Gray, Green, Orange, Yellow Software/File Type:Microsoft Word.dotxLibreOffice .ott Features:A4 & US Letter sizeEasy to Edit ... ajankuv
How long as the site been around? One thing I noticed with our shop is that it took months and better ranking for them to fully index the site. Also do you have a proper sitemap and are you using google webmaster tools? nicoX
How long as the site been around? One thing I noticed with our shop is that it took months and better ranking for them to fully index the site. Also do you have a proper sitemap and are you using google webmaster tools? Sites been up for three weeks. Yes I generated a sitemap and uploaded it to webmaster tools. My pages are indexed but the meta description is faulty just in Google. ajankuv
3 weeks, is still very young for a site to be fully indexed. http://analyzer.metatags.org/ check to make sure they are viewable. If so Id work on some link backs and more seo so google hits your site more often. We have google hitting ours every few hours, 7 months old now. But for the first 1-2 months it was rough and slow.
