Modify Attribute fails

Hi All,

I am trying to modify the attributes on my shop, as I usually would but upon pressing the little pencil (edit) icon next to my attribute sometimes it will work, and sometimes it does not load the attributes in the top selection box (with the add and delete buttons next to it)

Upon pressing save it says 'you must add at least one attribute' - because the top box is empty

If I fill the box with what the attribute is supposed to be, and then press save it says 'this attribute already exists'

Annoying... yes... preventing from me being able to update my site... yes!

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as its very intermittant and i can edit 2 out of 5 of my attributes.

(Forgot to add, i'm on 1.3.0 with the 1.3.1 patch update also applied, so its 1.3.1 but says 1.3.0 at the bottom)

Hi,
in my case I loaded a newer JQuery library to use some extra features in the backend.
This prevented that the box on top was filled correctly. Maybe this helps you to trace the problem.
