tsbyty
Hello,I am settings up my PayPal and seem to be lost. I have searched for my issue but haven't found the exact answer I need. I thought I set up the PayPal module correctly, but when I choose the PayPal method, I receive an error. I'm not computer savvy, so I'm not sure what I'm missing. Any help?Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. rocky
Topic title and content renamed - please don't write in capital lettersThat error usually means that there is a permissions issue. You should make sure that your modules and modules/paypal directories have chmod 755 permissions and that the files in the modules/paypal directory have chmod 644 permissions. You can check this by logging in to your cPanel and choosing the "File Manager" option.
