Attributes problem whrn import products programmatically

I have w problem when importing products from XML, I wrote PHP script that adds products and

in Prestashop 1.7 when I add color attributes and size atributtes, I see only size attribute, when I add only color (comment code with size) i see color ul list to choose color. When I add it manualy I have the same problem. Changing elseif inb theme didn't solve problem, copying foreach in tpl also, deleting from tpl size foreach also didn't alow to show color ul

In Prestashop 1.6 I have colors and sizes to choose (import code is proper) but I cannot buy it, it shows message "This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination."

When I delete all combinations and add it manualy, it works fine

Playing with database didn't solve my problem (maybe I look for wrong things)
