unable to use the jms_letus theme

I recently bought the jms_letus Theme directly from the prestashop site.

Right after I installed the theme I tested the functionality of all the new modules. Soon i figured out, that there are a lot of bugs.

 

for example:

• not able to change slider images
• the default products do not get displayed on the start page
• the theme configurator module is not working
• the product detail page has a horizontal scollbar

 

I contacted the developer of the module. One or two days later I got a reply. He said, that the problems has been fixed.

I tested it again and there where new problems.

The same back and forth with messages to the developer went on in the last week.

 

To be honest. I'm not interested to use this theme anymore, since i don't want to contact the developer all the time if i want to change anything on my shop.

 

I did not found a option for a refund of the theme, but i'm sure its not ok, that prestashop sells themes that do not work correctly.

 

I would be very thankful for any responses from the community or from prestashop regarding my problem.
