squaremediaagency
Hi i got 2 issues: - i got some product with blank status and if i try to change it i got "gateway error..." - the dashboard statistics are all wrong. I run prestashop 1.6.1.17. Already contacted the theme and it is not involved. Can you help me?
olkuznw
This is difficult to understand the reason without seeing the store. If you want somebody's help you will have to share credentials to store. You can try to check maybe your dashboard works in 'Demo mode'. This setting is located in the dashboard page bottom

squaremediaagency
Should i open the ticket in a different place to get some technical advise and to give BO access?
Scully
The dashboard stats changed its behavior in late versions from the 1.6. branch. Before the invoice date was considered as relevant date for the dashboard stats. Now as with the latest version, it is the last updated date for orders. It doesn't make sense but this is the way it works now. The changes are found in /controllers/frond/AdminStatsController.php. There you can search for date_upd to find occurences. And other option might be to use the file from a 1.6.1.13 version. This is the link from my own investigation yesterday - ok, asking user gave himself the "best answer" after I compared the code from old to newer versions. https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/627366-version-16117-statistics-in-the-control-panel/ Edited September 13, 2017 by Scully (see edit history)
Scully
And concerning the gateway error: We don't have an exact error message which would make it much more easier. Two major causes are known: 1. Wrong nginx settings or 2. MailChimp Module ist installed and known to be very unreliable and slowing down server performance significantly. squaremediaagency
Thank you Scully. One thing: in date_upd what should i do? This should fix also the blank status in the order purchased with "cash on delivery"? Thank you.
Scully
No, date_upd only referes to your statistics. Carefully read again my post # 5. There are actions described there. For gateway error carefully read my post # 6.

Scully
I don't like to write all in double. Read the linked thread from post #5 and there is a full solution provided.
