In back office, the image shows on the order is not the original image. i think the image was regenerated so the the size is different from upload. the resolution seems similar to the original. but i do want the original file. However, those two files are no extension. the files name are below: 31843f6462bfc3c46d50d80992984bbe fe5242bdcd146b539e46df7a75c5242e_small i tried to name them with .jpg extension but still can't open it. any idea? bellini13 Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 they may not be jpg files. it can be a GIF, JPG or PNG file. Also, the uploads from a customer for a customized product upload field can be viewed in the order details page. Why are you trying to view them directly from the upload folder?
