stock management showing different stocks on produt page

i have 1.6.1.16 and a problem with advanced stock management.

 

stock management section shows me 2 pcs usable of an item, while front end shows no stock.

 

is there any synchronization that i missed?

You can get this kind of problem when you temporarily disable ASM. There are two stock counters: one that always runs and one specific for ASM. The first time you enable ASM that second counter is created. But when you disable ASM it is not deleted - it stays there but isn't updated anymore. And when you re-enable ASM it still has its old value.

 

Of course there might be other reasons why those two counters get out-of-sync.
