Product Reviews Not Working on Category Listing Page

Hi,
 
The product reviews on the category listing page is not working correctly. No matter which product, and how many reviews it has, it shows a star rating and shows "5 Review(s)". But this shows up for products that only have 2 reviews, or 4 reviews, or 10 reviews, etc..
 
On the /templates/catalog/_partials/miniatures/product.tpl file, it only shows the following:

 

{block name='product_reviews'}

        {hook h='displayProductListReviews' product=$product}

      {/block}

 

So I would either have to remove all of the product reviews/star ratings or show the wrong information. Does anybody know how to fix it?
