I use Prestashop for my customers since 2015 and, since yesterday, I have a big problem with one of my e-shop. When I try to save a new data (name, description, new product, does not matter...), my browser starts to work but after a few minutes, it displays an error. Then, after a new login, the data was saved. I tried with Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Everywhere the same problem. My Prestashop version is 1.6.1.12 Any suggestion? musicmaster Posted September 7, 2017 Share Posted September 7, 2017 A one minute search links this problem to the "some tabs are not loaded correctly" error. Are you sure that isn't the problem in your case. Short explanation: All the tabs of the product page are loaded separately - each one is a separate file.
