Backoffice - preferences - search. Set weight to zero for all fields you don't want to be indexed.

Run a full index rebuild after changing the settings.

Wow, I've done it again and reindexed the index and it works.

Very good. It was probably the cache which wasn't updated. By the way - not indexing unneeded fields usually also results in better performance since the keyword index gets smaller.
