Product variants and google merchant

Hi Prestashop experts :-)

 

I have an issue with my Prestashop, and the integration with Google merchant center.

I have products in my shop, with variants, and hence different prices.

 

When I generate my xml feed to Google, those variants are listed, with their uniqe URL like this:

https://festbyen.dk/da/balloner-uden-tryk-latex/1206-lys-bla-ballon-metallic/#/83-diameter-23_cm

 

so far so good.

 

But Goggle merchant center is claiming that the prices in my feed doesn't match the prices on my site.

 

Looking into the issue further (through Google search Console), when I try to crawl my pages, like a google spider, and submit one of the above pages, it convert it into this URL:

https://festbyen.dk/da/balloner-uden-tryk-latex/1206-lys-bla-ballon-metallic/

 

I suspect the same thing is happening, when google is checking my prices, and that is the reason that they claim that there is a mismatch.

 

Did anybody else have this issue, and how did you come around it?

 

I suspect that the "#" is the issue in the link, so I've tried to replace that with a %23, without any luck.

Perhaps I can use a different URL to my variants, that google is able to crawl?

 

Just resent Google has suspend my merchant account, which is devastating for my business, of course.

- So I'm getting desperate for a solution.

 

And, yes, I did write an email to google, but they don't find it necessary to respond to my email.
