Error 500 while adding to cart on some products

Hi everyone,

 

I have a problem and so far I have not been able to find a solution. Here is the situation : 

 

When I try to add some of my products to the cart I get the following message : 

 

" Impossible to add the product to the cart.

textStatus: 'error'

errorThrown: 'Internal Server Error'

responseText: 500 server error "

 

But if I then go to the cart the product shows up. However, if I try to delete it from the cart in the cart overlay another error message shows up telling me that this product can't be deleted.

 

I went to the log to see if it would help me understand something and I have this error log : 

 

Frontcontroller::init - Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

 

With a different product ID depending on the product that caused the error. Keep in mind that I didn't build this prestashop myself therefore I don't know the history of every modification that has been made.

 

FYI : the theme is AZ Focus and the prestashop version is 1.6.1.14

 

Do you have any idea of what could be the issue there ?

Crosselling in AJAX cart was the culprit. I deactivated it and everything worked !
