Custom text blocks configuration error

Hi,

 I am trying to change the Classic theme's of Prestashop 1.7 the Custom Text block but I am getting an error:

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /***/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I am not sure if this module is updating the translations but the folder is recursively set to 755. The index.php which it complains for is with 644 by default.

In general I am trying to build 4 languages text information with that module but it fails to save even the first one. Interesting is that hitting the save button gave me this error but when I log in again and return to the module the english text is there but not visible on the web shop.

Additionally when I run debug mode the error text it not extended.

Could you please give me some clues what should I do to fix it?

 

PHP version: 5.6.31

PrestaShop version: 1.7.2.1

MySQL version: 5.6.37

I did reset the module and starts working.
