fields price and additional_shipping invalid

I did a 1 click upgrade from prestashop 1.5.3.1 to 1.6.1.16

 

When i add or edit a product i get on save the following two errors

 

2 errors

1. The field price is invalid.
2. The field additional_shipping_cost is invalid.

Every suggestion is welcome.

the isPrice validation method might be corrupted. How do prices look like? Check in the database, the ones you see might be rounded
