Displaying Different Prices Without Customer Loggin? Ist That Possible?

Hello,

i am a new Prestashop User. I was wondering if following is possible:

Basically i have two "Customer Groups". I want to display prices without taxes for "Group1", while
"Group2" should see Prices including taxes.

I know you can do this by creating different customer groups. however this only works for customers, who have logged in/registered.

Is there a way to let vistors choose their country (without having to loggin) and then display the prices (with vat, without vat) according to their country?

edit: there is a modul called "location detection". could this help?
