I hate to say the same over and over again...

 

1 ) You haven't posted your prestashop version.

2)  You haven't posted information on theme setup or otherwise helpful information

3)  You haven't posted a shop URL.

4)  You haven't posted since when the error occurs.

5)  But you have posted the frequently heard statement: We didn't change the system...

.

If problem is related to any V 1.7. im out. If 1.6. post more details in order to help. Most important: where are the details missing? Is it the confirmation mail, is it missing in the backoffice - order overview or somewhere else? We are bad in guessing these details.

2) The theme is sp_bizstore 

3) https://www.triplebasket.it

4) 2 weeks

5) 2 times

 

Today i will try update to 1.6.1.16

Overall I can say we don't know any issue with 1.6.1.13 in this context. We use this exact version on may productional systems for our customers. Non of them reported similar problems.

 

Further questions if we should proceed anyway?

  • Are the details only missing in the confirmation mail or are the products missing completely if you view the order from your backoffice?
    Your initial post wasn 't very clear on that.
  • What were the payment methods used for the orders with missing details?
  • Have you checked your error logfile for the time when the error with missing data occured?

What were the payment methods used for the orders with missing details?

The products are missing completely in the order.

We received an order with only the shipping cost without products.

The payments methods was differents, paypal and banca sella (credit card)

Any webserver has an error log.

And any prestashop version logs some errors, even if they most likely are only warnings.

But it's ok - we can close the further investigation.

I know, but in this case we are on a shared web server and we haven't access to the full apache error log.

Ok, I'd try with an upgrade. But I would run a full backup before doing so. Could be difficult if you even can't access your logs.

Recommendation:

Switch to an own dedicated hosts where you have access to all configuration, logs, backups etc.
