I looked and tried all kind of things and modules for a nice product comment. But i found intense debate, and i installed it and i am more than pleased. So i am here to recomend you intense debate. It is highly configurable, alowing user to login with open id, facebook or twitter also, and i think you should have a look.

Hi, Intense debate and like most other comment system plugin are awesome but with one critical flaw: It doesn't get indexed by google. For me personally aside from giving more info to customer, product comment is mainly to get a unique contribution from customer so it can get better rank on google, hope this helps
