My CMS categorie has same id as CMS page so auto redirect from categorie to CMS page

I can't see my CMS categorie pages, they automatically redirect to the CMS page with the same id.

For example:

CMS categorie id 4 -> redirect -> CMS page id 4. (it is like they share the same id?!)

 

link categorie page: example.com/(...)-4.html

url cms page: example.com/(...)-4.html

 

How to solve this? I want to create a nice categorie page but that's very hard like this  :-)

There are no known issues between ID of cms categories and the cms pages themselves. They are treated differently.

Please post a shop url to check the issue there.

You tried to over-optimize your URL settings. This can't work indeed.

You stripped out everything which makes CMS and CMS categories unique.

The default setting is something like this:

content/{id}-{rewrite}
content/category/{id}-{rewrite}

In other words: it's not the ID causing this problem but the unique setting for CMS and CMS categories.

Same problem could happen as well if your products URL look similar.
