Mailchimp for prestashop

We are using this module for mailchimp and prestashop integration, but it seems not all data it´s being synced. Anyone using it?

Does this module sync sales data, products and other info? which are the list fields and names needed for a complete synchronization?

Unfortunately I have to say that MailChimp is far from working seamless. I have seen many installations where all mail related functions within prestashop brought shops down to problems caused by MailChimp. The most common issues:

 

- Timeout after 30 or 60 seconds - depending on what server settings are

- Extreme delays at order confirmation step

- Extreme delays for order status changes when mail sending was involved
