Shopping cart Issues

Wondering if any can shed any light on the issue i have when i go checkout on my shop  i have 1 page checkout enabled on my shop along with guest checkout,

 

and what i am after doing in  having in one row already a customer, guest checout, and create and account all in a line and for the life of me i am unable to do so can anyone shed any light on how to do this would be much appricated

if you visit my website www.diamondsandsteel.co.uk  and add a product and go into my cart

 

and what i would like is where it says account and the option already a customer, is to have the other two option just below guest checkout and create an account all to be in a line

i.e already a customer, new and exsiting customers in the same box so when you go onto my cart the three options of checking out are in a line

So how do i achieve this as i have tried everything sorry to be a pain

i have put everything in line like i wanted on the checkout but now when i click on the guest checkout or create and account nothing happens can anyone shed some light on how to fix this many thanks
