tijojoel Posted August 24, 2017 Author Share Posted August 24, 2017 As you suggested I had given cancellation charges and design charges as products, then in the summary this charges are adding with products field so it will make customers confuse and when adding cancellation charge it should be only that charge it is also summing with products. Do you really think that persons who cancelled an order will pay you any charges, if they don't want the order anymore ? I don't think so.. but I wish you good luck for the collection of that fee... All persons having a forerun on their services have the risk for the cancellation of the order and you can do nothing if the person don't want to pay a fee for something he didn't bought (although he has consumed your time...).
