This page isn’t working:HTTP ERROR 500

Hello... 

 

Can anyone help me please. It's been some weeks I am trying to install prestashop 1.7.2 version. It is working perfectly in local host in my computer . Then I tried to load it to online server in my domain. Database is successfully loaded,  I have upload the prestashop zip files and have extracted it in web server as well but then when i tried to open the page. It is displaying this messages: 

 

 

This page isn’t working

My domain  is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

 

how to do it?

I have the same problem. Bought hosting for Prestashop from 1and1.com and still same problem pops even at the third installation.

 

Someone pleaase help us.

I did what you tell me and now have 2 error logs. 1 for website address and 1 for admin panel address.

I don't understand any of these. Please help me with this.
