bellini13
Apparently you did not provide Paypal with a valid address. What delivery address did you use during checkout?
jeff8899
The customer purchased items from my ebay store before. therefore, i have her address on my paypal to compare. i see that the customer puts DR as DRIVE on my website. May be Paypal doesn't recognize DR and cause the error? Also, on her Paypal address, the state is shown ISO "DE" only. On my website the state shows in full "Delaware" not sure if that cause the error. anyone knows? bellini13
Know one here is going to know, but the error returned from Paypal is stating that the address, city, state and postal code are wrong. Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Perhaps you should contact Paypal support directly and ask them what address information was received
