(SOLVED) Category Tree disapeared if no products in category

Hi, the title says all...

I have been trying to change the codes from here and there but without success.

I do need the category list to appear because when u click on first category it shows only pictures of subcategories and no products. I do not want to put products there.

Anyone can help with the coding that needs to be changed ?

Well i just added :

{if $subcategories}
{include file=$tpl_dir./product-list.tpl products=$products}

so Solved

actually its making a big mess when 1 category as both the products and subcategories in it...
