Can't find the html archive

Hello, my name is jose ojeda, and first I want to thank for your help.

 

I was trying to install the zopin chat by using the htmlbox module, and unfortunately, it wrote the lines on the html body section on my prestashop. And now every time I open my web page, it first shows the html line that I included on the htmlbox module. I am trying to delete these lines, I was searching on the firebug extension, I found the lines that I want to delete, but I can't find the route neither the archive where is placed the html that I want to edit.

 

Where is the html archive? Thank you so much for your help.

I would say reinstall the module, then add it again. Since it's  a script, you can use displayHeader or  Header as hook

Thanks for your help, I solve the problem by unstalling the htmlbox module. The code lines above my web site, just gone.... Thanks again!!!
