selectshop.at
Moved to a new server without xcache and now prestashop is not accessible. How can I disable xcache without access to the admin backend? Go to FTP and change the following line of your /inc/settings.inc.php TO: define('_PS_CACHING_SYSTEM_', ''); define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '0');

[PrestaShopDatabaseException] Table 'ibuy_ps3.prstshp_shop_url' doesn't exist Please only one question per topic. This error you are getting, because it seems you changed the URL of your shop as well ? To disable the module ibuy without having access to your backend you go to database table "ps_module" and disable the module (search for the line of the module there) in question by setting on table active a "o" instead of "1" for active. szben
Thank you for your prompt reply. After disabling the cache, it was a corrupt database error. The database was not transferred 100%.

I turned on caching system on 1.6.1.11 and the site backoffice and front office went blank. No error report (after changing defines.inc.ini) no nothing. I was searching for changing the tables in PS_confic and nothing there.
