jailani2k Posted August 9, 2017 Share Posted August 9, 2017 (edited) In my prestashop website after login when I refresh or go to another page its gets automatically logged out. this strange happening on iphone mobiles only. working fine in other mobiles and desktop. I dont know what is exact problem. please anyone help me to fix this issue. am using prestashop 1.6.1.6 version. bellini13 Posted August 9, 2017 Share Posted August 9, 2017 1.6.1.6 is a fairly old version of Prestashop, and its unknown if the issue is with this version of Prestashop, or perhaps with a custom module or theme you are using. Have you explored upgrading your store? Have you explored installing the latest version of PS v1.6 in a subfolder as a test, to see if the issue is resolved?
