Automatically log out in iphone devices

In my prestashop website after login when I refresh or go to another page its gets automatically logged out. this strange happening on iphone mobiles only. working fine in other mobiles and desktop. I dont know what is exact problem. please anyone help me to fix this issue. am using prestashop 1.6.1.6 version.

1.6.1.6 is a fairly old version of Prestashop, and its unknown if the issue is with this version of Prestashop, or perhaps with a custom module or theme you are using.

 

Have you explored upgrading your store?

Have you explored installing the latest version of PS v1.6 in a subfolder as a test, to see if the issue is resolved?  This will help determine if the issue is specific to your store

I dont want to update the prestashop now, because I made lots of changes in it. But it was working fine last week. this week when I test something its happening. I did not install any modules in last two weeks.

You could connect your iPhone to a mac computer and there start the developer mode from within desktop safari.

This allows to debug the iPhones safari and its cookies.

Thanks for quick replys. Just I figured out this error happening in safari browser also. But other browsers working fine. I tested with incognito windows also. only happening in safari and iphones. is there any way to find the problem with safari browser.

Enable the developer tools in safari. Check if you get error messages there. Also check your error logfile on your server.
