[Advanced Stock Management] Can't select more than a product

Hey there,

we're experiencing some problems with ASM on Prestashop 1.7.2. We sometimes manually subtract or add quantities when real warehouse quantities are wrong.

So when we write all our different SKU in search form of new ASM it justs find "no products" becouse i guess it makes a query with a single product having all those different SKU instead of searching and listing all those different SKU products.

i guess it's a bug.

How can we fix this?

I don't know what SKU is and I also don't know PS 1.7. However in the context of search and indexing It makes sense to rebuild the full search index at least once per day. If you haven't re-indexed, do so and re-check your results.

Nevermind about what is a Sku, there's the same problem with names, or EAN.

 

If i want to decrease two different products i can't write their EAN twice or it shows nothing

 

or, If i'm looking for Apple and Lemon to change their stock i can't write both as you should becouse it search "Apple Lemon" finding nothing

 

that's the point

You haven't answered the most important question. Do you frequently re-index all products. Yes nor no?

Since 1.7. is not in our focus we have no plans to adapt the fix for the newer release. If you can read code, it would be quite easy to fix. Pre-condition: it must be the same bug, of course!
