Just tried the same solution and now found the PS_SAV_IMAP entries although I swear they weren't there before.
Still get the errors though.

I was searching the table for PS_SAV_Imap when on mine it's called PS_MAIL.
Still got the error though !!!
Well this is bizzare.
I was using Chrome and thought I would try Microsoft edge.
I just saved the email settings and now they are showing in the PS_configuration, but still not allowing me to send mail.
