cscreenstore Posted August 8, 2017 Share Posted August 8, 2017 Hello, For some reason products can no longer be added to the cart. They show in the ajax cart but when you click on Proceed to Checkout I just get there are no products in your cart. I have made no changes of significance to the site for sometime, so I cannot understand why this is happening. One of the old posts suggested removing the www from the Shop Domain, and SSL Domain. I did this and it worked, but I now get the following message on the Dashboard page: You are currently connected under the following domain name www.msmedia.com.au This is different from the domain name set in the "SEO & URLs" tab. If this is your main domain, please change it now. What does this mean? If I don't change it will it cause problems? Does it have anything to do with my SSL certificate, which has the www. Alternately, if anyone can give my another way to fix the problem with the products not going in the cart that would be great. I have tried disabling the ajax cart, but that did not help. I am using version 1.6.1.10, and PHP version 5.5. I have put my site in Maintenance mode until this is fixed, so it is quite urgent. Also, I set the debug mode to true and tried adding a product to the cart again, but I did not get any error messages. Thanks Kathleen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
