Add note to order

Hello,

 

Is it possible that when you make an order( as a client) to also have a special field where you could write additional informations regarding the order?

 

How it would be implemented? Is there a module for this?

Which version are you using? There is a default field for that in PS 1.6 that shows after the carrier selection and should be on the latest version of PS 1.7 too.

I just installed latest version of 1.7 (1.7.2.0) and it is there. See attachment.

Well I am trying to update to 1.7.2.0 from 1.7.1.2 with the 1 click upgrader but I really can't do that. 

I've tried with the automatic update and got this error:

[ajax / server error for action download] textstatus: "error " errorthrown:"internal server error " jqxhr: " "

 

Then I've tried with my own local archive and got this error:

[Ajax / Server Error for action unzip] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Connection Timed Out " jqXHR: "

 

any help?

Did you manage to upgrade? Is your problems solved (having the comments field)?
