Serial number/licensing/activation module needed

I'm currently setting up my Prestashop to sell Software and one thing that I'd like to implement a proper product activation through the installer. I was wondering if there is some expertise about this here in the forum. I did see a few serial number managers in the marketplace, but that only covers half of what I want to achieve.

 

Ideally I'm looking for the following:

1. On purchase the server is generating a serial number and associates it with the customer's email address and order number. The number is sent to the customer via email and can be accessed through the "user" pages in the shop.

2. The customer downloads and executes the installer

3. He types in his order number, email and serial number

4. The installer connects to the server, communicates the data and checks it's validity

5. The server logs the activation

6. Access to a page on the back-end where I can keep track on how many copies are installed with every serial number (to detect licensing fraud)

 

Since this procedure, or something like this, are very common in the software industry I was wondering if you could share your thoughts.
