Clearing cache prevent accessing modules page

Hello, 

 

Every time i empty the cache ( Advanced parameters > Performance ),
the modules page becomes unaccessible and I am greeted with the following message

"Cannot get catalog data, please try again later. Reason: Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache"
until I re-upload the 'cacert.pem' file in the app/cache/prod folder.
Is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening ?

 

(I am hosting the website on an OVH pro hosting and running 1.7.1.1 )
